Triple R Ranch is looking to hire an assistant kitchen manager for the camp's food service. Responsibilities include food preparation, oversight of kitchen staff, food service, clean up as well as proper food handling and storage.
The assistant manager position is an average of 20 hours a week largely consisting of weekend work (more hours a possibility in either the kitchen or other areas should more hours be desired). As a Christian camp, we are looking for a person with an active faith in Christ Jesus. The kitchen assistant will work alongside the food service director developing sufficient skill and experience to supervise meals on their own.
